A Boho Aviator.

Being an aviator must be everybody’s dream in our childhood. There are 2 reasons: flying in the sky and the amazingly cool outfit.  The movie like”The Aviator“, male pilot style made aviator jacket became a trend, however, I am more interested in female pilot’s story. female pilot appeared since 1910s, as they called”tomboy in the sky”, female aviators changed the women’s impressions in the old time, shows a very positive and independent image to the world. Especially the most famous female pilot in the history, the legend of Amelia Earhart, even now her missing is still a secret.  Now women pilots become an image as a fashion icon. Whenever which era, aviators uniform is one of coolest inspirations of military style.
Shearling aviator coat/jacket is still very popular in this winter. It shows women’s confidence and strong characters.  I may called the theme of this time”A boho Aviator”, it was inspired by aviator style and 70s fashion together.

Inspiration 1- Aviators
Leonardo’s classic aviator look in “The Aviator” by Martin Scorsese.

Movie ” Amelia” (2009) based on one of the most famous aviator Almelia Earhart’s stories, who is the first woman fly across the Pacific Ocean.

Aviator Amelia Earhart was the first female aviator who fly across the Pacific Ocean. She began the journey form Hawaii to California, 1935. She was missing at Pacific Ocean when she almost finish her global trip 1937. It is still a secret.

“Tomboy in the sky”, Women aviator shows confidence and positive character.
