Street impressions- Warm scenes in cold summer.

To keep capturing nice moments of people by my paint tools is one of my favorite things although my book just released. After ice cold temperature Berlin is becoming warmer and warmer slowly, it was also very nice to record some warm moments during this cold weather.

   1. Let me warm you up.
I still remember it was the first day which temperature dropped down so much suddenly.
I saw this scene from inside of the Tram when it stopped at the station. A blonde young man was suffering the cold from wind, although he wore few layers. At this moment the other young man in denim suit hugged him from behind to warm him up. Suddenly I was touched by this nice moment, whatever they are friend or couple. Sometimes love could be very simple, that is:
When you feel cold, let me warm you up.
2.Father and son.

It is always so crowd on the streets of my location during Sunday. I saw this little guy was riding bike toward me. He was so lovely, so French chic with his black outfit and his curly hair. I just couldn’t stop staring at him. But apparently he wasn’t very happy about the crowd situation of streets. I guess he might be thinking” Damn I couldn’t ride properly!”
At the same time his father called him to ride slowly, I just realized his father looks even cooler! Their outfit are so match with each other! His hunting cap was black, his father’s was bright grey; his suit was preppy coat with jeans, his father’s are the lemon yellow jumper with grey loose pants; his style was classic, his father’s was casual chic.
I have to say they are one of the most stylish fathers and sons I ever met.

Both illustrations are breathtaking ! I like the tenderness of the first one and I like the second for this father and son moment. The expression of the little boy is so cute, sometimes I find children the cutest when they are grumpy, because they really know how to express themselves with their face, much more than us adults.

Thank you for these beautiful illustrations !
